The entrance is located behind the building. Walk back towards Mountain Highway, take a right, then another right into the alleyway. There will be a gate covered with black landscaping cloth. Wait outside until your session start time. Please note there is no undercover waiting area. We recommend waiting in your car or in the front of the building until your session start time!
Parking
Park perpendicular to the curb in front of the blue Tality Kombucha building located at 1481 Dominion St. Do not parallel park, as it takes up more room. If there is no parking here, there is street parking around the area.

The easiest and fastest way to book, cancel, or reschedule sessions is through our app or website which you can find at the following links. App Store, Google Play, Website.

We don't offer booking or rescheduling services, but if you are having issues, feel free to email us at hello@talitywellness.ca or text the location you want help at. Email response may take 24-48 hrs, while text response may take 4-8 business hours.

Location numbers:

You must be logged into your account to cancel and manage your bookings. Find your account at www.talitywellness.ca/account or through the booking app! Please note we do not offer refunds on credits.

Cancelling / rescheduling outside of 4-hrs before your session
There is no penalty and your credit will be returned to your account after cancelling, which you can use to rebook for another time. Members will not be penalized.

Cancelling / rescheduling within 4-hrs of your session
You will be charged a $10 late penalty fee. Credit users will get the credit returned to their account which they can use to rebook for another time.

No-show fees
Membership holders are are charged $20 for no-shows.
Credit users will lose their credit.

Cancelling your private booking
No penalty to cancel/reschedule more than 7 days ahead of your reservation. Cancellation within 7 days of the booking will result in loss of credit. We do not offer refunds on credits.

Please come by during regular business hours to search through our lost & found bins. Due to the large volume of inquiries and time it takes to sort through each request, we are no longer able to confirm if your item is at our facility over email or text.

Please note that lost & found items are held for 2 weeks before being donated, and low value items including socks, underwear, and some types of water bottles will be discarded.

To buy a gift card: scroll to the bottom of any buy-page on the website or app.

Redeem your gift card one of two ways, after creating an account:

Shared access to your booked location. Self-guided community sessions, fully equipped with sauna, cold tubs, lounge area, unlimited kombucha, and tea. Connect with others, or reconnect with just yourself. All sessions include towels, robes, and kombucha.

To join a waitlist, you must have an available credit or membership. If you do not, you'll have to purchase a credit in order to join a waitlist.

When you join the waitlist, it will use one of your credits, and you will be notified of your position in the waitlist. You will also be notified if your spot in the waitlist moves via email or text (if you have opted in for text communication).

If a spot in the session opens 4-hrs before the session start-time, you will automatically be added into the session. If within 4-hrs, you will only be notified.

The likelihood of getting into a session from a waitlist is very hard to predict! Good luck.

First you need to purchase enough credits to book for your friends.

Second, when you go to book, you do have to book for each guest individually. As in, you have to "book for guest" the number of times for the amount of guests you'd like to bring.

Yes! If you're using your punch pass to book for guests, you must be attending the session with them.

Please just make sure that you use 1 credit per 1 friend. You may have to go through the booking process multiple times to ensure you book for the number of spots you want.

Some guests have purchased x number of passes and only made 1 booking thinking their passes are automatically used, unfortunately this is not the case.

If you're unsure, you can go onto your account and check your upcoming reservations. It should include your own booking, then x number of "guest" bookings for each guest you plan on bringing.

Bring a willingness to suffer and a bathing suit.

We supply towel, robes, and cups for drinks, however you are welcome to bring and use your own if you prefer. A water bottle can be nice to bring into the sauna or staying better hydrated. Please don't bring any glass!

It's not recommended to wear jewellery as it will get very hot.

We recommend not bringing in any valuable items.
